Pole Tease (Beginners)

Service Description

WE LOVE BEGINNERS! We all started here so if you are brand new to pole dance this is your class. In this class you will be exposed to all the beginner moves and how to seamlessly put them together at your own pace. With dance music playing you'll be walking around the pole with confidence, completing basic spins, dips and turns. You’ll start class as a beginner but will walk away with some impressive moves. Recommendations: Do not apply lotion before class. Grip is for sale at the studio. Jewelry should be removed. Wear athletic shorts and top. Heels are optional, but should be pole dance heels such as Ellie or Pleasers. WE RECOMMEND TAKING THIS CLASS 4-8 TIMES BEFORE PROGRESSING TO NEXT LEVEL.
