Party Policies & FAQ's

What is your refund/cancelation policy?​

We do not offer refunds. We can provide you with a date to reschedule.​

Changes (duration of party, date, and or time) may be made to parties up to 48 hours in advance, by calling the studio at 478-918-5165.  Credit towards a future party will be given as long as the party takes place within 30 days of the reserved date.

If you call to completely cancel your party, you forfeit your entire payment, no rescheduling will be provided, and no money will be refunded.

How do I make a reservation? 

Book online under the Parties tab at  www.totalteaseexperience.com , call us at 478-918-5165..  We require a full payment for all parties paid at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your party to ensure that you get the date and time you want. We are happy to accommodate bookings up to a week before your chosen date, however we may not be able to provide as wide a range of times or have availability.  If you’re looking far to the future, we recommend booking no more than 4 months out, to ensure that the studio and our staff are available.

Feel free to call us whenever you wish, and we can check our schedule for you. All parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis and the online scheduler is in real time and shows current availability.

Can we change at the studio?

Yes, we have a changing area where you can change before or after the party.

What happens when we arrive?

Once you arrive at the studio we will have everyone sign our waiver and take care of any remaining payment on your party. After you've been introduced to the studio and your instructor, we will run you through a sexy and fun warm up to get the nervousness out of everyone and get some blood flowing and then begin the instructed portion of the party.  There will be plenty of photo and video opportunities.

How many poles do you have at the studio?

We have 7 Poles . We max our Pole parties to 20 people since our space is smaller and more intimate.

Can we bring alcohol?

Wine is allowed in the studio during parties.  Please note we reserve the right to ask anyone who we feel is overly intoxicated to sit out during the lesson, as this is for your safety and the safety of all in attendance.​

IMPORTANT: Make sure you do not apply any grease/lotion/oils/creams the day of your party to ensure a good grip on the pole.  If you have any other questions, just let us know.

Should we arrive early?

PLAN TO ARRIVE EARLY!  Upon arrival, all participants are required to sign a waiver.  We recommend arriving 10 minutes early as your party starts and ends based upon the agreed upon time, even if all guests have not yet arrived.  Unfortunately, there are no time extensions for late arrivals. The duration of time for a party is inclusive of all activities that will take place within the studio (changing, dancing, photos, gift exchange, etc). ​

Should we leave our instructor a tip?

You are welcome to leave your instructor a tip.  It’s always appreciated but not required. Parties that tip generally leave from 18%-20% of the total cost of the party.  Although cash works best, we can also process tips on your credit card at the end of the party.
