Service Description

In this class we will work on the execution of level one moves such as climbing, spins and transitions in a flow. This class will best prepare you to thread moves together in a choreographic matter to a variety of music. So come roll your hips, whip your hair, and dance it out in your next level of pole. Heels and knee pads are highly recommended.
