Ready to level up from Intro to Pole classes? Are you interested in becoming a midnight ballerina? Want to gain some new spins and tricks? If so this class will teach you everything you need to put your moves together seamlessly. We will add new moves to your repertoire, build strength, endurance, add more floorwork, learn basic climbing preparation, and prepare for level 2 classes inversions and other amazing skills and tricks.
